The Australian Way

Ever noticed that Australians don't tell you how things are. They tell you how things are "not". Some examples...(responses in brackets) How ya goin' mate? (Not bad) What have ya been up to? (Not much) Gee..it was hot today! (You're not wrong) Nice looking woman! (Yeah...she's not ugly) How long till we get there? (It's not far now) and Thanks for doing that! (No problems)
